"What A Sista Should Do"
by Tiffany L. Warren
Author Testimony
"I am happily married to an anointed man of God and
mother to five wonderful children. Ten years ago, on my twentieth
birthday, I expected my life to take a different path. I
was a very active and zealous Jehovah's Witness, convinced
that I was going to share ‘the truth' with the world.
As I came of age in a harsh world, I realized that I didn't
have a relationship with my creator – only a plethora
of ‘good works'. It was at this time that I left the
Jehovah's Witnesses and started a personal search for Jesus.
Now, I can happily say that I know Him personally and that
I have been filled with his precious Holy Spirit. The Lord
has called me to minister to women who have been broken,
as I once was.
I started writing as a young child, creating fairy tales
for myself that were much different from the broken home
where I was raised. As an adult, that gift of storytelling
turned into a passion for the written word. I started writing
mainstream fiction, but as my relationship with Jesus grew
I became uncomfortable with some of my own subject matter.
It was that conviction and a prophetic word that caused me
to utilize my gift to the glory of God. Now, it is my purpose
to use the avenue of Christian Fiction to show how to use
the Word of God as a blueprint for our lives."
